Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon or orange rind (optional)

Preparation

Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon rind.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a spring-form pan.
