Banana Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. butter flavored oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. mashed bananas (real ripe)
1 c. chopped nuts, optional
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center and add eggs, pineapple, nuts, bananas, oil and vanilla. Stir, but do not beat.
Only takes a few stirs to mix well.
Bake in
a greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well done.
Let cool 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
