Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    6 hot peppers, chopped (whole pickled jalapeno peppers come in a jar)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
    Add chopped vegetables. Serve from chafing dish or heated tray (needs to be served warm). Serve with taco chips.
