Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bowl rolled oats
    2 handfuls chopped nuts (raw)
    1 handful sunflower seeds (raw)
    1 handful pumpkin seeds (raw)
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    shredded coconut (optional)
    1/2 c. pure maple syrup
Preparation
    Pour maple syrup over other ingredients; mix very well. Spread onto cookie sheets and bake, stirring several times, until golden brown.
    Add raisins and chopped, unsulfured, dried apricots once cooled.
