Homemade Sausage With Sage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork, ground
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix pork thoroughly with remaining ingredients; shape into 12 to 15 patties. Fry in skillet for 8 minutes on each side until browned.
    Yields 8 to 12 servings.
