English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) jar diced pimento
4 (16 oz.) cans drained LeSueur green peas
2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
