Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. drained blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin cups.
    Beat egg with fork. Stir in milk and oil.
    Measure flour, blend dry ingredients and stir in just until flour is moistened.
    Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cup 2/3 full.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve warm. Makes 12.
