Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes crescent rolls
    12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ranch style dressing
    1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 c. chopped green and red pepper
    1 pkg. shredded mild Colby cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls and place in bottom of 11 1/2 x 17 1/2-inch pan with lid.
    Spray with Pam first.
    Arrange and pat together at seams to form a single piece.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes; watch carefully (do not overbrown).
    Mix cream cheese, mayo and Ranch dressing together.
    After dough cools, spread with 1/2 of cream cheese mixture.
