Copenhagen Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. bottled Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. Brussels sprouts
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Cook Brussels sprouts.
    Drain off liquid.
    Mix Italian dressing, pimentos and mushrooms together and heat.
    Pour over cooked Brussels sprouts.
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble on top of Brussels sprouts.
    Can be served warm or cold.
