Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 (6 oz.) can pink salmon (Hormel), well drained
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped fresh parsley
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend
    cream
    cheese
    and
    salmon very well with liquid smoke. Form into ball (this will seem a little soft) and roll in
    finely chopped fresh parsley and pecans.
    Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
