Cheese Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 jumbo shells, cooked as directed
    16 oz. Ricotta
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 oz. Mozzarella, grated
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dry parsley
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients but sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Stuff cooked shells with mixture.
    Place shells in large flat baking dish that has a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom.
    Pour rest of sauce over.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
