John'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. potatoes
    5 lb. onions and juice
    2 cans whole kernel corn
    3 lb. lima beans and juice
    2 cans (small) tomato sauce
    1 can (small) tomato paste
    2 large chickens, boned
    5 lb. beef (roast or round steak)
    1 qt. tomato juice or as much as needed
    cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Add everything together and season to taste.
    For the average family you can cut the recipe in half.
