Broccoli And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. jalapeno cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c. rice, cooked
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter.
Add soups and cheese.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Fold in broccoli and rice and add salt and pepper to taste.
Put in greased casserole and sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 8.
