Cool Whip Chocolate Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
2 large cans evaporated milk
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks
dash of salt
2 baked pie crusts
8 or 9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt.
Beat egg yolks in milk.
Melt chocolate in microwave; add to first mixture.
Cook on medium heat in saucepan until thick.
Add vanilla; stir in butter. Pour into baked shells.
Cool.
Top with Cool Whip; keep in refrigerator.
