Cherry Dream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fruit juice (saved from canned juices in the recipe)
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 (6 oz.) frozen coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine fruit juices, sugar, lemon juice and eggs. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and cool. Fold in sour cream. Add marshmallows and remaining ingredients (cherries, oranges, pineapple chunks, coconut and nuts).
Let mixture stand in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.
