6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet over low heat.
When golden brown, add brown sugar.
Boil 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the boiling water.
