White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole baby clams
    2 bottles clam juice
    1/2 c. Chardonnay
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. onion (optional)
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    macaroni (your choice)
Preparation
    Saute chopped garlic and onion in butter until tender.
    Add wine; turn heat to simmer.
    Add baby clams with juice, plus 2 bottles clam juice.
    Add spices.
    Stir frequently.
    Cook macaroni; drain and place in a bowl.
    Either spoon onto macaroni to serve individually or pour sauce over all macaroni and then serve.
