Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 20 oz. can drained pineapple chunks
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 stick butter
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix the sugar and flour together; then add the pineapple and cheese.
    Mix by a folding motion.
    Transfer into an 8 x 8 inch casserole that has been sprayed with vegetable oil. Melt the butter in a pan; add pineapple juice and stir in the crackers.
    Then spread this over the casserole
    Bake at 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 24 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
