Jalapeno Pepper Pie(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, fresh or pickled
    8 to 10 green stuffed olives
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Slice peppers into thin strips.
    Scatter over bottom of glass pie plate.
    Slice olives and scatter between peppers.
    Pile grated cheese on top.
    Pour beaten eggs over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Watch carefully.
    Cheese should be melted and set, but not brown.
    Allow to cool to warm.
    Cut into cubes. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
