Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. whole milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat ingredients with a rotary mixer until smooth.
    Pour a scant 1/4 of a cup into a buttered skillet; brown and turn.
    Fill with filling of choice or with berries or fruit and top with powdered sugar, ice cream or whipped cream.
