Chicken Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
    1 can (8 oz.) small whole onions, drained
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cut up chicken or turkey, cooked
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Rinse frozen peas and carrots under running cold water to separate; drain.
    Mix peas and carrots, onions, mushrooms (with liquid), soup and chicken in ungreased 2-quart casserole or 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with chips.
    Cook uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes.
