Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large carrot
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 small head cabbage
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian green beans
    4 c. water
    2 c. V-8 Juice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Saute first three ingredients together in 1 tablespoon oil. Cook all ingredients together.
    Serve in soup bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.
    May add small amount of spaghetti if desired.
