Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 onion (small to medium), minced fine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. ground thyme
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; chill for an hour.
    Shape into bite-size balls.
    For later use, freeze on a cookie sheet, then place in plastic bags.
    To heat, place on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 (longer if frozen).
