Cherry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs (one at a time)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and vanilla.
Add eggs, flour and baking powder.
Pour half in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over mixture; spread can of cherry pie filling.
Pour rest of mixture over pie filling.
Top with more sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Can also use lemon, blueberry or apple pie filling in place of the cherry.
