Spicy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes, dice into 1-inch cubes (leaving skins on)
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. dried mustard
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Add oil and spices to a hot frying pan.
    Blend together.
    Add potatoes to hot oil and spices.
    Cook until tender.
    All spices will cling to each potato cube.
