Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortillas (10 count)
    1 c. shredded Colby or Monterey Jack
    1 small onion or large, depending on your taste
    butter
Preparation
    Take a taco shell, spread with butter on 1/2.
    Cover 1/2 with cheese, onion and peppers, if you desire.
    Zap on High in microwave for 1 minute or fry on grill until cheese is melted.
    Fold in half and cut in fourths.
    Serve immediately. Great served before a meal.
