Ricotta Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    6 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    8 eggs, beaten
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 apples
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    sprinkle of flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Rinse apples and dry them off.
    Slice the apples and leave the skins on.
    Put apples in a baking pan.
    Put sugar, a little bit of flour and cinnamon on the apples.
    Get a spoon and circle it around so it will all get mixed together.
    Put in oven.
