Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 beaten eggs
    3 c. plain or cake flour
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl. Beat well.
    Mix soda and flour. Add to first mixture. Add apples and nuts. Stir until well blended.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
