Angel Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water in a medium bowl. Mix in the Bisquick and milk until dough forms.
    Smooth into a ball on surface dusted with Bisquick.
    Knead 10 times.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into 2-inch biscuits.
    Put onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Let rise in a warm place 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 9 to 11 buns.
