Enchilada Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey or mixture of two
    1 large jar Pace picante sauce (mild or hot)
    1 onion, chopped
    6 to 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
    6 to 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix or enchilada mix
    sliced black olives
    chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Add seasoning mix and 1/3 jar picante sauce.
    Grate Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses.
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer tortillas, meat mixture, grated cheeses and picante sauce.
    Top with cheeses and garnish with sliced olives and chopped bell pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
