Banana-Peanut Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. canned evaporated milk
    2 bananas
    20 peanuts, halved (about 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped)
Preparation
    Chill evaporated milk.
    Mash bananas and set aside.
    Whip chilled milk until it forms standing peaks.
    Fold in mashed bananas and chopped peanuts.
    Place in freezer.
    After 30 minutes, remove from freezer and whip again.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart pan and return to freezer until firm.
