Taco Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream. Beat mixture until smooth. Pour in taco seasoning mix and beat again for approximately 1 minute. Place into serving dish (small). Top with shredded cheese. Also good topped with chopped tomatoes, salsa, refried beans, chopped black olives and mild peppers.
