Cheese Potatoes (Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. fat-free sour cream
    1 c. fat-free shredded cheese
    2 lb. diced potatoes or hash browns
Preparation
    Spray a baking dish with Pam.
    Mix the onion and potatoes together.
    Spread potato mixture in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream together and spread over potato mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
