Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baked potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chives
    6 slices bacon
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Slice top from each potato.
    Scoop out centers and place in medium bowl.
    Set shells aside.
    Add milk, margarine and seasonings to potato and mash until fluffy. Stir in cheese.
    Crumble bacon and add 2/3 to potato mixture. Spoon into potato shells and sprinkle tops with remaining bacon and the chives.
    Place stuffed potatoes on serving plate. Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are hot, rotating dish after half the cooking time.
