Cottage Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add unbeaten eggs, beating thoroughly.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk and vanilla.
Stir only until the ingredients are blended.
