Applesauce (No Egg) Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo or shortening
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. soda

Preparation

Combine sugar and oleo; cream well.
Add flour and applesauce, alternately.
Add pecans and raisins, along with spices.
Bake for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
