Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes more.
    This freezes well.
    Serves 12 to 14.
