Mushroom-Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    few grains cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. drained mushrooms
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    Melt in saucepan the margarine.
    Blend in the flour, salt, dry mustard and few grains cayenne pepper.
    Heat until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat.
    Add gradually while stirring constantly the 2 cups milk.
    Return to heat.
    Bring to boil.
    Cook 1 or 2 minutes longer.
    Blend in 1/4 cup drained mushrooms.
    Cool sauce slightly. Add the grated Cheddar all at once.
    Blend sauce rapidly.
