Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 to 1 c. cooked chicken, pork or shrimp
    6 green onions
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 red or green pepper, diced
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add rice and cook, stirring for 5 minutes.
    Add meat, green onions, ginger and pepper.
    Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
    Push rice mix to side; break eggs into the middle of skillet and scramble.
    Stir eggs into rice mixture.
    Add soy sauce and sugar; cook, stirring for 1 minute.
