Golden Gate Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 c. minced onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can tomatoes (2 1/2 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    12 oz. grated Mozzarella
    6 to 8 lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Day before or early in the day, cook sauce.
    In hot oil, saute the onion.
    Add beef and cook until red color disappears. Slice garlic; mash with salt. Add to meat with pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
