Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. water
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium heat in a heavy saucepan.
    Add sugar and water.
    Stir until well-combined.
    Increase heat slightly and bring to a boil.
    Stir constantly until mixture turns caramel-colored (8 to 10 minutes).
