Maine Lobster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. lobster meat
2 qt. milk, heavy cream or half and half
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Thaw lobster tails by separating them and setting out (room temperature) for approximately 4 hours.
