Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/3 c. half and half
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
whipped cream to garnish
Preparation

Mix peanut butter with powdered sugar and half and half until smooth. Spoon into cooled pie shell.
Beat margarine with sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add egg and beat until very light. Beat in chocolate and spread over peanut butter. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Top with whipped cream and chopped roasted peanuts.
