Mott'S Family Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crab
1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 slices dried bread, crumbled
1 unbeaten egg
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix and make into cakes.
When you mix the crab into the mixture, try not to break apart the crab.
You want the crab to stay in large lumps.
Makes 6 large cakes.
