Apple Yogurt Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 small Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and cubed
    1/2 oz. chopped almonds
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serves 2.
    Contains 185 calories, 6 gm fat and 81 mg sodium.
