Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 c. milk
2 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation

Cream the oleo and brown sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla.
Sift the flour with the baking soda and dash of salt.
Add alternately with milk.
Add the rhubarb.
Spread in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured pan.
Top with topping.
