Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    3 cans tomato soup (undiluted)
    2 to 3 cans kidney beans
    chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry and steam onion and green pepper.
    Brown hamburger; put in pot.
    Add all other ingredients to pot and simmer for 1/2 hour or longer.
    Add water if needed.
