Cheesy Corn Dip(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 c. (3 oz.) reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Land O Lakes fat-free sour cream
1/4 c. Miracle Whip Free
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. diced pimento
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover and chill.
Yields 3 cups.
Great served with \"Bugles\" or baked tostadas.
Has 18 calories and approximately 1 g fat per tablespoon.
