Oriental Cashew Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. original Quaker Oat Squares cereal
    1 (3 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) chow mein noodles
    1 c. cashews
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Combine first 3 ingredients in large pan, set aside.
    Combine remaining 4 ingredients in small bowl; quickly pour over cereal mixture.
    Stir to coat evenly.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Yields 10 cups.
