Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    2 eggs, separated
    salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add lemon juice, beaten egg yolks and salt.
    Stir in milk.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Place in unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
